Hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma (HLRCC) is a cancer predisposition
syndrome driven by mutation of the tumor suppressor fumarate hydratase (FH). Inactivation of
FH causes accumulation of the electrophilic oncometabolite fumarate. In the absence of methods
