“Antimicrobial Properties and Physical Characteristics of Essential Oil Extracted from Artemisia herba alba Collected in El Bayadh, Algeria”

Artemisia herba-alba is a white mugwort harvested in the Bougtobe region of the El-Bayad province. Essential oils were extracted from the plant using hydrodistillation. The antibacterial study of Artemisia herba-alba essential oils revealed a significant inhibitory action on the growth of tested microorganisms including Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus.
