Anti-fragile ICT Systems

Abstract

As information and communications technology (ICT) becomes increasingly important to modern societies, there is a growing need to understand how to design and operate very large ICT systems. The book first discusses rare events with a large negative impact and argues that it is, at best, very hard to predict all such events in complex adaptive ICT systems.
