THESIS SUMMARY
In the context of Vietnam today, the businesses are facing extremely large opportunities and
challenges. Improving product quality to enhance competitiveness, especially when low-quality
products and integration requirements set out is very bitter necessity. But if a business just struggling to
raise quality and improve product features, they can not guarantee success. The key to achieving
business goals of enterprises in Vietnam in general and in particular the CMC Telecom is to determine
the needs and wants of target market, thereby find ways to ensure satisfaction demand and expect that
the methods have advantages compared with competitors.
Thesis includes three main chapters:
Chapter I: General theories of Marketing.
Chapter II: Analysis of company state and telecommunication service system Audio Conference.
Chapter III: Some Marketing solutions to promote products Audio Conference- Blue~Meeting of the
company's CMC Telecom.
Chapter I, the thesis show the general Marketing theories, the marketing concept of the factors
affecting businesses and business activities of enterprises.
Chapter II, the thesis presents the state of telecommunications services in general as well as
Audio Conference Service Blue ~ Meeting of CMC Telecom in particular, while analysis of the factors
affecting the services of CMC AC Telecom.
Chapter III, the thesis proposes some Marketing solutions to promote product Blue~Meeting of
the company's CMC Telecom.
Achieve the solution will contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of the company's CMC
Telecom also developed products Blue~Meeting in the telecommunication market today.
