1. Vai trß cña CAD/CAM trong chÕ t¹o khu«n mÉu
Trong c«ng nghÖ chÕ t¹o s¶n phÈm khu«n mÉu c«ng nghÖ cao th× c«ng nghÖ
th«ng tin ®îc øng dông rÊt cã hiÖu qu¶ vµ ®ãng vai trß quyÕt ®Þnh trong
ngµnh Mechatronics – ngµnh c¬ khÝ míi cña thÕ kû 21.
øng dùng c«ng nghÖ th«ng tin trong gia c«ng c¬ khÝ b»ng c¸c thiÕt bÞ ®iÒu
khiÓn sè lµ vÊn ®Ò cã ý nghÜa khoa häc vµ thùc tÕ lín trong c¶ c«ng t¸c ®µo t¹o
còng nh thùc tÕ s¶n xuÊt c¬ khÝ.
2. C«ng nghÖ CAD/CAM vµ cë së d÷ liÖu phôc vô qu¸ tr×nh CAD/CAM
tæ chøc x©y dùng c¬ së d÷ liÖu phôc vô qu¸ tr×nh chuÈn bÞ c«ng nghÖ cã ý
nghÜa khoa häc vµ thùc tÕ rÊt lín c¶ trong c«ng t¸c ®µo t¹o còng nh trong
thùc tÕ s¶n xuÊt c¬ khÝ
Bµi to¸n x©y dùng c¬ së d÷ liÖu phôc vô qu¸ tr×nh cad/CAM lµ bµi to¸n
lín vµ phøc t¹p nªn trong néi dung cña luËn v¨n chØ giíi h¹n trong viÖc nghiªn
cøu tæ chøc x©y dùng c¬ s¬ d÷ liÖu ®å ho¹ - thuéc tÝnh nh»m ®¸p øng viÖc x©y
dùng c¬ s¬ d÷ liÖu c¸c chi tiÕt hoÆc côm m¸y tiªu chuÈn nh»m môc ®Ých gi¶m
nhiÒu thêi gian thiÕt kÕ, ®Ó nhanh chãng ®a ra ®èi tîng gia c«ng.
3. Lùa chän m« h×nh c¬ së d÷ liÖu ®å ho¹ - thuéc tÝnh
§Ó cã thÓ x©y dùng c¬ s¬ d÷ liÖu ®å häa – thuéc tÝnh cÇn dùa trªn m« h×nh
c¬ s¬ d÷ liÖu híng ®èi tîng lµ m« h×nh thÝch hîp nhÊt cho viÖc tæ chøc c¬
s¬ d÷ liÖu CAD/CAM.
Trªn c¬ së lùa chän c¬ s¬ d÷ liÖu CATIA nh lµ c¬ së d÷ liÖu híng ®èi
tîng phï hîp nhÊt cho c¬ s¬ d÷ liÖu ®å häa - thuéc tÝnh ®· kh¶o s¸t c¸c ®Æc
®iÓm, tÝnh n¨ng cña c¬ së d÷ liÖu CATIA ®Ó cã thÓ tiÕn hµnh nghiªn cøu
ph¬ng ph¸p x©y dùng c¬ së d÷ liÖu ®å häa thuéc tÝnh còng nh lµ triÓn khai
nã trong thùc tÕ
4. Tæ chøc c¬ së d÷ liÖu chÕ t¹o khu«n
§· x©y dùng ®îc c¬ së d÷ liÖu cho quy tr×nh thiÕt kÕ mét bé khu«n øng
dông s¶n phÈm nhùa
X©y dùng c¬ së d÷ liÖu cho c¸c tham sè cña c¸c bé phËn chÝnh trong bé
khu«n s¶n phÈm nhùa
5. øng dông quan ®iÓm c¬ së d÷ liÖu t¹o lËp ®èi tîng gia c«ng

The study has given the following problems and solved as
follow:
1. CAD/CAM’s role in making forms/shapes.
In high technological form product making technology, informative technology is
applied effectively and play a decisive role in Mechatronics – a new mechanics in
the 21
st
century.
Applying informative technology in forming mechanics by numerical controlling
device has scientific and practical meaning in training as well as in practice of
producing mechanics.
2. CAD/CAM technology and data base serving CAD/CAM process.
Organizing to build data base serving technological prepared process has scientific
and practical meaning in training as well as in practice of producing mechanics.
The maths of building data base serving CAD/CAM process is a difficult and
complex, therefore the content of the thesis is limited in researching the organizing
drawing-feature data base in order to fit the building the data base of the
componets with an aim of reducing the designing time to bring the objectives to the
machining.
3. Choosing data base drawing-feature form.
To make the building the data base drawing-feature possible, it is needed to base on
the data base towards the objectives is the most suitable form for organizing the
data base CAD/CAM.
On the base of choosing CATIA data as the data base towards the most suitable
objectives for the drawing-feature data base having searched the features of CATIA
data base in order to carry out the research for building drawing-feature data base
as well as for implemeting it in practice.
4. Organizing data base in making forms/shapes.
Built data base for designing precess an applying form of plastic product.
Building data base for the main parts in plastic product’d form.
5. Applying the piont of view of data base to form machining object.
Applying the point of view of data base for designing form for plastic product is the
cover of the mobile phone.
Using WinCam software for designing and machining process for some kinks of
forms/shapes.
